Action Deafness strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities. Our team has invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that our websites are made easier to use and more accessible for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deafened, Deafblind people and those with additional disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

Online Accessibility

To help you with our websites we have tried to make it as user friendly for everybody as possible. This means that:

We are working towards AA level of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1.

We have built Signapse into our website letting you access our content in British Sign Language.

We use strong colour contrasts to make sure that text is clear to read.
